Christmas has come early here at The Structural Exam. It fills me with endless excitement to be able to introduce Mike Rogers, CEng FICE CGeol FGS CEnv, as our latest recruit!

Mike has built a 20-year career in professional development of civil engineers and geologists. He was previously the Professional Development Manager at the ICE for 6 years, and held similar positions in companies prior to that. He personally signed off ICE Training Schemes and Career Appraisals for nearly all graduates outside the UK, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand during his tenure at the ICE – including mine!

On top of his extensive IPD support, he has conducted over 200 ICE Professional Reviews at all grades from Technician to Fellowship. If there was ever anyone who could guide you to membership of the ICE, Mike is the one.
